Reyes Vargas

Reyes Vargas (Seville, 1970) studied Law, earned a PhD in Tax Law, and completed a Master’s Degree in Neurocriminology at the University of Valencia. She is the author of Real Estate Taxation in the Local Sphere: Problematic Issues. In 2022, she won the microfiction contest organized by the Equality Department of the Osuna City Council with The House of Storms.
